Paul Harvey on ABC 7.30, Thurs 23rd April

PhD student, Paul Harvey, will have his research into heavy metal contamination of drinking water in NE tasmania featured in the ABC 7.30 program on Thursday 23rd April. His study has revealed potable water lead levels to be well above the Australian Drinking Water Guideline (10 µg/L), resulting from a combination of dilapidated drinking water infrastructure including lead jointed pipelines, end-of-life polyvinyl chloride pipes, and household plumbing. The research was published in Environmental Science and Pollution Research on 21st April 2015. Congratulations Paul on your first published paper and for it making such an impact!
